Vivian Lin, founder of OJO Business Planning, grew up immersed in corporate culture, where she honed her ability to observe and analyze challenges with a fresh perspective. Her early insight—that traditional problem-solving methods often lacked the creativity and efficiency of a child’s approach—shaped her innovative business mindset. After graduating from King’s College London, Vivian pursued internships in the strategy and consulting departments at EY and KPMG, which gave her a broader, global perspective on business dynamics. This experience, coupled with earlier internships at Eagle Health and RSM, equipped her with the professional expertise to bring OJO Business Planning to global standards. In 2020, seeing the impact of COVID-19 on small businesses, she used her skills and unique vision to help businesses build resilience and grow stronger in the face of adversity.

Catherine, the manager of our research department and a business planning consultant, graduated with first-class honors from the University of Sydney and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at Hong Kong University. With a strong background in social media analysis and strategic consulting, she has made a name for herself as a prominent Chinese social media critic, known for her clear assessments of business strengths and weaknesses. Catherine has led teams of over 5,000 people in data-driven initiatives to enhance client visibility and has helped large organizations develop annual summaries and strategic implementation plans. She is also skilled in guiding clients through white papers, organizing public relations activities, and resolving competitive challenges, including managing crowdfunding campaigns and delivering detailed analysis reports for major projects.
